Refund Policy

We are not responsible for lost/stolen items that happen in transit.  These issues are beyond our control; hence we cannot offer refunds or free replacements in the event that your package is stolen or lost in transit.  However, if you purchase Package Protection as part of your order, then this will be covered. 

The following terms apply for Package Protection: 

  • Package Protection covers a single replacement, not a refund.
  • Earliest claim time is 2 business days after tracking shows delivered to allow for carriers who occasionally mislabel shipments.
  • Latest claim time is 14 days from the date of delivery.

Because all items are made to order at the time the order is placed, certain conditions apply.

  • We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return. 
  • We are unable to offer refunds once the piece has entered production. We can, and will, however replace a piece if it is found to have a defect in the manufacturing process or has been received damaged from shipment.
  • We will not refund or exchange pieces where details are entered incorrectly, i.e. typos. Please make sure you are careful and check all the details that you enter when placing your order.
  • Refunds will not be given to purchases lost or damaged in shipment. Due to the issue being outside of our control, we only replace items if Package Protection was purchased.
  • We are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error, we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.
  • We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that your package may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • We will inspect the returned product once received and send a replacement if accepted.
  • Item must be received within 60 days from the date of purchase.

  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
